Meet The Team
Andrea has over 35 years experience in financial services in the UK and in Spain. Her background includes recruiting, training and developing financial advisers, responsible for the training and competence of around 70 members of staff whilst working as a Training Manager at Prudential.
Andrea is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) which is the professional body for the financial planning community. The PFS is part of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), which is the world’s largest professional body for insurance and financial services in the world. Fellowship is the highest qualification awarded by the CII and is universally regarded as the premier qualification. It is a major achievement in the financial industry and demonstrates the acquisition of skills and knowledge at the highest of levels. Along with Fellowship, Andrea is a CII Chartered Financial Planner and a qualified specialist in a number of areas including Pension Transfers, Taxation and Trusts, Investment and Risk.
Andrea also holds advanced qualifications in Supervision and Sales Management. Specialising in tax planning, pensions and wealth management for UK expats, she is also a qualified Discretionary Investment Manager and her education includes a York St John University Master’s degree in Leading Innovation and Change.
Kath has over 21 years experience in the Financial services industry in the UK and Spain. She began her career with the Prudential before moving to Royal London and then became an Independent Mortgage Advisor and went on to run her own business ‘Independent Mortgages’. Since relocating to Spain in 2005 Kath has been providing independent financial advice to the British Expat market. She holds the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Financial Planning Certificate and the institute of Financial Services (IFS) Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice.
Danielle was educated in Spanish school and is our fluent Spanish speaker. She has been with Speed Financial Solutions since 2013. During this time she has embarked on distance learning and has obtained various qualifications including Personal Assistant, Executive Office Skills, Business Studies, Office Management, a degree in Spanish Language and is currently taking CII Level 4 Financial Planning exams. She provides admin support to Andrea, the financial advisers and admin team at Speed Financial Solutions and is responsible for the supervision of our internal compliance processes. Danielle is a qualified Level 3 CII Financial Planner and is currently our trainee Financial Planner.
Sarah brings a wealth of experience with her background of working as a Personal Assistant for a Director in the Finance Industry for over 22 years in London. Her general education includes 5 o’levels and various secretarial qualifications. After moving to Spain in 2003 Sarah has undertaken a number of administration and customer service roles. Sarah provides admin support for Kath.
